As part of my coursework in Concepts of Educational Technology at Lamar University, I created a learning manifesto that articulates my belief systems and guiding principles related to digital learning and leading in my chosen field. My learning manifesto describes what I am passionate about in education, my core beliefs about digital learning, the impact I have had and hope to make in my organization, a discussion about an emerging issue related to digital learning, and a proposed solution to that issue.
