After completing my undergraduate studies in Biology, I taught Physics in Houston for ten years. I then earned a Master of Education in Digital Learning from Lamar University and worked in higher education as an instructional technologist and designer at Houston Community College and Rice University. My primary focus as an educator is to increase student engagement, improve learning experiences and outcomes, and prepare students for 21st-century citizenship and careers.
