Prototyping an OER for Inclusive Professional Development

This project is designed to empower instructional leaders with a scalable, open-source framework that bridges the gap between UDL theory and active, inclusive professional development. To address the "theory-practice gap" where presenters lecture about active learning rather than modeling it, this project prototypes an OER designed to train instructional leaders on UDL and digital pedagogy. The resulting resource serves as a companion course for PD workshops and functions as "train-the-trainer" toolkit .
